John Nelson graduated from Bethel College in Arden Hills, Minnesota
with a Baccalaureate of Nursing Degree in 1996. He completed his Master’s
of Science degree at the University of Minnesota in 2001 with a focus on organizational
design and job satisfaction. He is currently enrolled in the PhD program at
the University of Minnesota, continuing to study the work environment of healthcare.
Diane
Maki combines practical and theoretical background in change management, organization
development, and adult learning to assist organizations in maximizing the benefits
of change. She is President of Strategic People Development. She has an MBA
from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a PhD in Human
Resource Development from the University of Minnesota where she is an adjunct
faculty member in the Carlson School of Management. She lived in Mexico for two years
and is fluent in Spanish.
